1. Bandhan Bank sets up their new vertical "Emerging Entrepreneurs Business".

This new verticle has been launched to support the emerging needs og the unbanked ans underbanked segment of customers. The aim of this verticles is to focus on supporting this segment of customers in their journey to becoming entrepreneurs.

2. The Government of Gujrat launches Mukhya mantri Mahila Utkarsha Yojana.

This scheme will provide interest-free loans to womes's group in the state to empower them.

Under this sheme 50,000 joint liability and earning group will be formed in urban areas. Each group will have 10 women members in it. The groups will be offered interest-free loans by the government. The Interest amount will be borne by the state government.

CM of Karnataka, B.S. Yediyurappa has launched the "Arthika Spandana" programme of disbursing loans to the tune of Rs 39,300 crores would be disbursed to the agriculture sector while a sum of Rs 24,000 crores would be earmarked for the non-agricultural sector.

5. World Bambo Day: 18 September.

This day is celebrated to raise awareness of the benefits of bamboo and to promote its use in everyday products. The theme of this year is WBD 2020 IS "BAMBOO NOW".

This award is given to him for feeding millions of people across India in the COVID-19 pandemic througha massive food distribution drive "FeedIndia". He is the only Indian among the six honorees named by the leading organisation.

8. Narendra Singh Tomar takes the additional charge of the FPI Ministry.

He has given the additional charge as president Ram Nath Kovind ha accepted the registration fo Smt. Harsimart Kaur Badal from the Union Council of Ministers, with immediate effect, under clause (2) of Article 75 of the Constitution.
