1. 23rd June: International Widows Day.

International Widows Day is observed globally on 23rd June every year to draw attention to the voices and experiences of widows and to galvanize the unique support that they have.

2. "Indira Rasoi Yojana" will soon launch by Rajasthan State Government. 

Indira Rasoi Yojana for the poor scheme will soon launch. By this Scheme, the Government will start to ensure that "No One Sleeps Hungry" in the state. By this scheme, pure and nutritious food on concessional rates is going to be provided to the needy twice each day. The State Government will spend 100 crores every year on the scheme.

3. "Exclusive Investment Forum" has been launched by Union FPI.

The Food Processing Edition of the "Exclusive Investment Forum" has been launched by the Union Food Processing Industries Minister Harsimart Kaur Badal. It has been designed by the Invest India, the National Investment Promotion & Facilitation Agency of the Government of India.

4. "YUKTI 2.0' has been virtually launched by the Union HRD Minister. 

'YUKTI 2.0' platform has been virtually launched by the Union Minister of Human Resource Development, Ramesh Pokhriiyal 'Nishank'. The platform will help in systematically adopting the technologies having commercial potential and information related to incubated startups in our higher education institutions. 

5. The government of India brings all the cooperative banks under the supervision of RBI.

The government of India will bring an ordinance to put all cooperative banks under the Reserve Bank Of India Supervision. This decision was announced by Union Information and broadcasting minister Prakash Javadekar.

6. IIT-Bombay develops the Indian receiver chip "Dhruva".

IIT-Bombay has created Indian beneficiary chip "Dhruva". This chip can be Utilized in cell phone and route gadgets to discover locations and routes inside the nation. Dhruva will get signals from India's NAVIC group of navigation satellites just as the US Global Positioning System-based satellites.

7. T.Rabi Sankar becomes the new Chairman of IFTAS.

Indian Financial Technology & Allied Service (IFTAS) has announced the appointed of T Rabi Sankar as the Chairman of the Organization. IFTAS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reserve Bank of India.
Currently, he is serving as Executive Director of RBI for Payment System, Information Technology, Risk Management, and Fintech.

8. Moody's forecasts India's GDP to Srinl 3.1% in 2020.

Moody's Investors Service has released its June update to Global Macro Outlook (2020-21). In its latest release, the rating agency projected the INDIAN Economy to shrink 3.1% in the fiscal year 2020, citing the extent of coronavirus-related disruption.

9. ISRO receives a patent for "Liquid Cooling and Heating Garment".

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has received a patent for its Liquid Cooling and Heating Garment (LCHG). Liquid Cooling and Heating Garment (LCHG) is a protective garment for human spaceflight. This is a close-fitting long garment that covers the torso as well as the limbs from neck to toe as a single piece of lightweight comfort inner-wear.

10. Amartya Sen has won the Peace Prize of the German Book Trade.

The German Book Trade has chosen Indian Nobel prize-winning economist and philosopher Amartya Sen for its prestigious 2020 Peace Prize. He has been chosen for the prestigious prize for his pioneering work addressing issues of global justice, social inequality in education and healthcare.
